At Scrap Diva Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your crafting supplies. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
