When will my order ship?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that digital downloads and clearance items are final sale.

What happens if I receive a defective die or stamp?
We take pride in our quality. If you receive a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 30 days with a photo of the item for a replacement.
